5 stars not for the quality but just to explain. Half the complaints coming in relate to this not being a 'hotel' anymore but a workforce housing solution still taking hotel like reservations. It's more like a man camp for the oil fields now in that regard. If they were more clear about this change in branding and demographics (Temporary Workforce Housing is the name now on the sign) the reviews would be kinder. Rooms and linens are clean, bathrooms are old and rough around the corners. Hotel is ancient, but as long as that's transparent that is an argument for ROI and price points and such. If your familiar with local hotels, this would be something like The El Rancho or The Vegas mini chains to the west side of North Dakota/Montana, facilities not really aimed at comfort traveling public but the working class temp housing guys.
Front desk customer service & other staff very friendly, helpful , clean rooms ,quiet peaceful ,had good rest no problems other guests friendly nice ,free coffee always available breakfast was available at the hours open had good quiet rest .Happy to come again soon the price is right location good cool place with cool helpful staff
Amazingly good for the money. $20 a night less than Super 8 and it was clean and had nice hot water for the shower.
I loved the visit. The staff was very considerate and accommodating. The breakfast was good along with the area being clean. I will recommend this motel to my friends and family.
Came off working 24hrs with no sleep and they let me check in around 7am to 2:30pm to sleep! I am a CNA and got mandate because of no night shift person showed up
Good rate. A big shout out to the front desk lady that made me a fresh pot of coffee so early this morning. It was very much appreciated. I hope your employer knows and appreciates you. You are a person that all hotels should have. You are definitely a people person.
After staying there for almost six months I can honestly say I would recommend this hotel as a welcome change in the low budget, pet friendly, category. The staff is warm and welcoming. They are willing to help with any needs within reason, including fax and mail capabilities. The rooms are clean and fresh and the beds are comfortable. The lobby is bright and beautiful with a microwave for guest use and free coffee around the clock. I can't say enough good things about Mr. Singh and his awesome establishment. Thank you for making myself and my family feel welcome, safe, and at home
